Rachel Richlinski

For as long as I can remember, my world has revolved around sports.
I always knew I wanted a career that would keep me around what I loved and thanks to my passion for storytelling, sports broadcasting just made sense.
I consider myself a strong utility player in the broadcast world. I shoot, edit, write and produce -- a true "one woman band."
I'm currently freelancing for multiple outlets and am seeking my next opportunity.

Sports Broadcast Journalist

Let me start by saying I absolutely love what I do.
I recently finished a three year contract as the Main Sports Anchor and Reporter at WLBT-TV/FOX 40 in Jackson, Mississippi where I covered everything from the SEC to high school athletics. I then took an amazing opportunity to lead the digital content for Wilson Premier Baseball which allowed me to fine tune my creative abilities.
I graduated from Louisiana State University in May, 2016 and was hired for my first on-air job prior to graduating.
I take pride in shooting, editing and producing all of my own work along with never missing a deadline.
Outside of work, I'm committed to living an active and healthy lifestyle. I also enjoy spending nearly all of my free time with my beloved dog, Channing.
